What this tool does is help you see who you are before all the conditioning. Our personalities are an amalgamation of coping mechanisms and survival strategies to keep ourselves safe. This session reveals a starting point to return to and understand yourself through a more objective and compassionate lens. This can also be used to help you connect with your children or to resolve a difficult relationship dynamic. One session can resolve what can take hours and hours in therapy or coaching. See yourself and others through the lens of the soul instead of the ego. It's pure magic!!
